Its specially designed window wall structure reinforces to a depth of 136mm, allowing both manual and electric opening options with a maximum leaf load of 200KG. With superior ventilation rates surpassing casement windows, it offers twice the air exchange efficiency. Its tall, airy design and all-around natural ventilation provide a comfortable indoor environment.

Q1. Where is your factory ?
A: Our factory locates in Guangzhou,China
Q2. what is the production time ?
A: 40-60 days after deposit and drawing signed
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and 50% - 70% balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also
acceptable!
Q4. Do you provide installation services?
A: We can arrange professional installation services upon request, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
Q5. What if you send the wrong products?
A: Shop drawing will be send for final conformation before production, if we sendwrong products , we will replace you with new ones.
Q6. How about the package ? Will they damange during transportation ?
A: We will pack with wood crate and tight inside the container, all glass are wellpacked to invoid damage.
Q7:How do I know your price?
A: Price is based on customer's specific requirements as below(detailed info will help us quote exact price to you):
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window & door dimensions, quantity and types;
2) Profile color and types(regular or thermal break);
3) Glass types(single/double/triple), thickness, and color(clear, tinted, reflective or Low-E, w or w/o Argon).
Q8: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of product quality problems?
A: 1) For the Aluminium Profiles ,10 years warranty for powder coating and 15 years for PVDF coating. Hardware and accessories
depends on what brands you choose and working properly under correct operation(10 years warranty for German hardware).
2) Our factory will test all the products and comfirm they are good before shipment . However , we will provide replacement
products or accessories by courier if for quality problems .
